Introduction:
FQ-P1092-3000 Industrial Roll Slitting and Rwinding Machine can make both JRT industrial roll and rolled hand towel, it's easy to change in a short time. With edge embossing, perforating, slitting and rewinding functions. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, belt driving and web tension control devices. The finished roller rewinded by air-fill shaft.
Main Features:1.With air-fill shaft to rewind the finished products, the orientation of core easy and precision.
2. Edge embossing unit: Adopt steel to steel edge embossing, independent cylinder controlling, easy to adjust to make every layer get together.
3. Horizontal style unwinding stand, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatic belt driving, each jumbo roll with individual tension adjust device.
4. As required by customer, it can add tail sealing function.( Option)
